When an over-width is given in Mayflower patterns, this number is adjusted to the fit that the designer intended the design to have. The stated bust width also includes the range of motion.

Long cardigan with waffle pattern
This beautiful cardigan features a simple waffle pattern, which gives the cardigan's knit a nice structure.
The cardigan is relatively thin and therefore can be used all year round. It is especially nice in the summer because it is knitted in a blend of cotton and acrylic, so it doesn't get too warm.
Note: The original design is knitted in Mayflower Cotton 1, which unfortunately is discontinued. As a replacement, we recommend Mayflower Alliance Fine. Always remember to make a knitting sample before starting the project to ensure that the knitting gauge and thus the finished measurements hold. Also, be aware that you will get a different color expression than in the picture. You can always click 'Choose another color' and find the color you like the most.
