Return of goods

If your item is defective or if you have another complaint, please always contact us before returning the item.

Write an email to Shop@mayflower.dk with your complaint and then we will process your complaint as soon as possible. 

Your mail must include the order number and the reason for your complaint. Please include image documentation if possible. 

We pay the cost of the return shipment and create a return label for you so you avoid the expense. We do not allow the cost of packaging for the return shipment, but recommend that you recycle the packaging in which you received the goods. 

If you want to exchange an item that you have ordered in incorrect color, yarn quality or the like, simply return it and you then order the requested product yourself.

When you want to exchange for another item, return the purchased item and order the new item you want instead.

We will pay the money for the returned item when we have received it.

If you want the money back, the money will always be returned to the debit card with which the item is purchased. If it is not possible, you will be contacted so that we can get an account number we can transfer the money to. 

Returned items must not be used. It is important that the item appears as new and returned in the same condition as you received it.

That is, the item must be unused and intact at the return, and that Banderole and packaging must be in original condition. 

If the item/packaging is damaged or bears the mark of use, there will be a refusal in the refund.

You can also cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item.
