Return of goods
At Mayflower A/S, you have 100 days to cancel your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods within 100 days.
If you choose to return an item and the reason for the return is not due to an error made by Mayflower A/S, you are responsible for the shipping costs. You are liable for damages occurring during transport or for lost packages.
The product and the band must be intact and unused (for example, yarn must not smell of smoke, etc.). In addition, all original packaging must be included in an undamaged condition. We do not refund money for used or damaged goods.
If the original packaging (not the white shipping bags from Mayflower A/S) is damaged with, for example, tape, packing label, or similar, there will be a reduction in price.

Complaint
If your item is defective or you have another complaint, please always contact us before returning the item.
Write an email to shop@mayflower.dk with your complaint, and we will process your complaint as soon as possible.
Your email must include the order number and the reason for your complaint. Please include photo documentation if possible.We will pay for the cost of return shipping and create a return label for you, so you avoid the expense. We do not reimburse the cost of packaging for return shipping but recommend that you reuse the packaging in which you received the goods.

Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item that you have ordered in the wrong color, yarn quality, or similar, it must simply be returned, and you then order the desired item again.
When you want to exchange for another item, you must return the purchased item and order the new item you want instead.
We will refund the money for the returned item once we have received it.

Refund
If you want a refund, the money will always be returned to the payment card with which the item was purchased. If this is not possible, you will be contacted so that we can obtain an account number to transfer the money to.
Returned items must not be used. It is important that the item appears as new and is returned in the same condition as you received it.
This means that the item must be unused and intact upon return, and banderole and packaging must be in original condition.If the item/packaging is damaged or shows signs of use, there will be a reduction in the refund.
You can also cancel the purchase by refusing to accept the item.
