Mayflower Molly is a completely unique yarn quality, developed in collaboration with Molly Egelind. It consists of pure merino wool, which is only lightly spun to keep it full and airy. Molly has also selected the colors, focusing on beautiful timeless shades that are easy to combine.

The soft wool yarn makes it possible to knit extra thick sweaters with lots of volume. The yarn is also excellent for crocheted interior items such as pillows and baskets. The pure, untreated wool can also be used for felting.

Mayflower Molly is developed in collaboration with actor Molly Egelind, who missed a thick and chunky yarn quality. Mayflower Molly is a 100% pure 1-ply wool yarn, which is spun quite lightly, helping to keep the yarn quality airy. The wool is also mulesing-free and non-superwash.

Mayflower Molly is available in selected colors, chosen with the Danish nature as the primary inspiration. The colors are timeless classics that are beautiful and atmospheric. You can easily use the colors individually, as they can also be nicely combined, as they stay within the same color theme, thus creating a good overall impression when used together.

The thickness of the yarn makes it both easy and quick to knit with Mayflower Molly. The thickness also highlights the individual stitches and gives the yarn a special tactility, which really stands out when you knit and crochet with it. Therefore, the yarn quality is especially suitable for beginners and for impatient knitters who want to knit clothes in record time.

Many of the exciting Patterns for Mayflower Molly are designed by Molly Egelind herself. The patterns are of course all free, and you can find them on our pattern page.
