Description

Casablanca Lux is an extraordinarily beautiful and exclusive yarn. It is a yarn with a unique fiber composition that is something truly special. The blend is spun with soft wool, alpaca, and cotton, making the yarn fluffy and warm, but not too hot.

Together with the slightly brushed, woolly look, Casablanca Lux has lots of colorful tweed specks, as well as a subtle glitter thread, which despite its minimal thickness gives the yarn a remarkable effect.

Also note the long running length. You can get far with just a few skeins.

Casablanca Lux is not only a fantastically soft but also beautiful yarn, which both feels and looks wonderful. It is, among other things, spun from soft alpaca and warm wool. The composition of the wool fibers means that Casablanca Lux is a cozy and wonderfully soft yarn, which feels extremely comfortable against the skin. Perfect for soft clothing and delicate skin.

The yarn's content of high-quality cotton fibers means that Casablanca Lux does not become as warm as if it had been pure wool yarn.

The special composition of the soft, fluffy yarn with the beautiful glitter thread and tweed flecks elevates the yarn to an extra high level. This makes Casablanca Lux a very luxurious and exciting yarn for clothing, which can be used both for work or in the city.

The slightly mottled color play arises when the different fibers of the yarn are spun together. At the same time, the yarn also has a slightly brushed and woolly look, as often seen in Alpaca yarn, and therefore Casablanca Lux has so many fine properties. Casablanca Lux has an elegant and fluffy sheen, where the tweed flecks and glitter thread provide a real wow effect.

Casablanca Lux is a light and ultra-soft yarn. It is therefore particularly suitable for both knitted and crocheted clothing such as delicious sweaters, shawls, or accessories. The yarn's beautiful overall effect is especially evident in larger projects. The yarn has an astonishingly long running length, and thus there is no need for a special number of skeins for either a sweater or a shawl.

Casablanca Lux is available in beautiful colors, where the effect of the tweed and glitter thread becomes even more apparent the further you get with your knitting project. The yarn is also great to use as a slightly thicker accompanying thread together with another yarn. It slightly dampens all the effects but adds extra fullness and a bit of the special “glitter-tweed” to your project.
