Embla cardigan - Breezy Style is a super beautiful, crocheted cardigan, which is crocheted in the back loop, reminiscent of brioche knitting. The cardigan is simple to crochet, so everyone can join in. The body is crocheted in one piece. The sleeves are crocheted separately and assembled at the end with four buttons. The button placket is crocheted on.
The Embla cardigan is crocheted in Mayflower Breezy, which is a classic tube yarn in a wool blend that is light and airy while being insulating and incredibly pleasant both to work with and to wear because it is soft and fluffy. We recommend making a crochet swatch, which is washed and dried before measuring the gauge. If the cardigan is gently washed at 30 degrees, it will continue to hold its shape and color.
