Andrea Cardigan Pattern
Andrea Cardigan is pure self-indulgence with its light and airy structure, which is combined with some of the absolute finest yarn on the Danish market. In short, the Andrea cardigan is pure luxury! The cardigan is knitted in three strands of Mayflower Super Kid Silk Print, which is a yarn that shifts between different colors. The alternating print gives the cardigan an enchanting play of colors that you never get tired of looking at. Andrea Cardigan is knitted in brioche stitch, and each part is knitted in separate pieces, which are assembled at the end.
The three strands of Super Kid Silk Print give the cardigan a luxurious lightness, which is combined with a loose fit. It provides optimal comfort – especially when you feel how soft the yarn is. Super Kid Silk Print is indeed a mix of mohair and silk.
If you want a solid-colored version of the Andrea cardigan, you can choose to knit it with three strands of our solid-colored Super Kid Silk. Here you can either choose three strands in the same color, or you can choose three different shades, so the cardigan gets a slightly mottled appearance.
Note: As several colors have been discontinued in Super Kid Silk Print, the bundle is made in other colors than those you need to get a cardigan like the one in the picture.
