When an over-width is given in Mayflower patterns, this number is adjusted to the fit that the designer intended the design to have. The stated bust width also includes the range of motion.

A long cardigan, which is knitted in the warm Mayflower Easy Care Classic, consisting of 100% pure new wool.
The cardigan itself is knitted in a rib stitch, which gives the knit great elasticity and beautiful structure. Therefore, the finished cardigan also shapes nicely to the body. The cardigan is wonderfully warm because it is knitted in pure wool. At the same time, it is also breathable, so it doesn't feel uncomfortable if you start to get a bit too warm.
