Skørping Sweater - Birmingham Style is a great classic for your wardrobe. The sweater is worked top-down in stockinette stitch with raglan increases, wide ribbing at the hem and sleeve edges, and a folded rib edge at the neck. The rib edges are nice and even, as all the knit stitches are knitted in garter stitch.  

Skørping Sweater is knitted in the lovely, woolly Mayflower Birmingham. A wonderful yarn quality of wool and alpaca with beautiful tweed shades that are color coordinated with the shades of the yarn. Even though the yarn is spun thin and fine, the fiber composition still provides a warm, soft and durable yarn that also regulates temperature. With the Skørping Sweater, you get a classic sweater that can be worn all year round, is wonderfully comfortable to wear and looks fantastic with the delicious tweed colors.
