When an over-width is given in Mayflower patterns, this number is adjusted to the fit that the designer intended the design to have. The stated bust width also includes the range of motion.

Beautiful women's sweater with a striped pattern in the yoke, made in garter stitch with alternating one round knit and one round purl. The knitting technique with garter ridges gives the sweater a more rugged look.
The sweater is knitted from the bottom up. At the armholes, the stitches should rest while the sleeves are knitted. When the sleeves are ready, all parts are gathered, and knitting continues with decreases for raglan in the yoke while simultaneously knitting stripes.
In the neckline, the sweater has a nice folded edge, and at the bottom of the body and at the sleeves, ribbing is knitted.
The sweater is knitted in the woolen Mayflower Easy Care, which is 100% pure new wool that can be machine washed and tumble dried. With this yarn quality, you get a warm and breathable sweater that will be comfortable both in summer and winter.
