The sweater is knitted from the top down, on Circular Needle. First, stitches is cast on for the neck edge, which is knitted in twisted rib. Then the stitches are divided with 8 markers, around which raglan increases are made. First, short rows are worked to shape the back piece, then it is knitted in the round, following the pattern according to the chart, while continuing to make increases around the markers. Once the yoke is finished, the sleeve stitches are put on hold while the front and back pieces are joined for the body, which is completed by knitting in the round. It is finished with a twisted rib edge and Italian bind-off.
The sleeves are then knitted by placing the resting stitches back on the needle and picking up an additional stitches in the armhole. The sleeves are knitted in the lace pattern, while decreases are continuously made, and finished with twisted rib edges and Italian bind-off.
Pattern:
The pattern on the sweater is described through a chart, where each stitch is shown. It consists of decreases and yarn overs, which are repeated throughout the round.
