Agnethe Blusen has a truly exceptional cut, as it is knitted in short rows, with the knitting direction going across from side seam to side seam. Additionally, the yarn does something very special for the blouse's design, as the continuous color change adds further facets to the blouse's beautiful design.
The front and back of the blouse consist of two rectangles in garter stitch, which are knitted with short rows. With this technique, a total of four triangles are formed on each piece, and the fantastic pattern emerges. The pattern guides you well through the technique. When the sweater is to be assembled, the front and back pieces are sewn together, and sleeves are knitted up in each armhole. The armhole edges and the bottom edge are knitted in rib, while the neckline is done in garter stitch.
Agnethe Blusen is knitted in the fantastically colorful Mayflower Taormina, which is the most beautiful alpaca blend. Taormina is therefore both exceptionally soft and durable. The yarn has a unique composition, as it contains several different colors in one, all carefully coordinated with each other and complement each other beautifully. Taormina has one long color shift, which varies between short and wide stripes in either subdued or more vibrant colors.
With this design and the fabulous Taormina, you get a completely unique knitting experience and not least the Agnethe Blusen.
