The cute ruffle sleeves give the vest plenty of personality, while it has a simple textured pattern since it is knitted in seed stitch. These fine details are rounded off by the neckline, which is somewhat untraditionally knitted in garter stitch.

The vest is knitted with one strand of Mayflower Easy Care and one strand of Mayflower Super Kid Silk. Our Easy Care is a lovely yarn quality in pure wool, which here serves as the basic element of the vest, while Super Kid Silk is a luxurious accompanying thread in silk and mohair.

Tinkerbell Vest Junior is a relatively easy Pattern that an intermediate knitter can make without problems. The front and back pieces of the vest are knitted separately to avoid the seed stitch twisting when knitting in the round. Finally, the ruffle sleeves and neckline are knitted on when the front and back pieces are sewn together.
