Tinkerbell Vest Junior
The Tinkerbell Vest Junior is an adventurous design that's perfect for any girl's wardrobe, and as a bonus, it's easy to wear in everyday life as it can be worn with pants, dresses or skirts.
The cute ruffle sleeves give the vest plenty of personality, and it also has a simple textured pattern as it's knitted in seed stitch. These fine details are rounded off by the neck edge, which is knitted in garter stitch in an unconventional way.
The vest is knitted in one strand Mayflower Easy Care and one strand Mayflower Super Kid Silk. Our Easy Care is a delicious pure wool yarn quality that serves as the basic element of the vest, while Super Kid Silk is a luxurious silk and mohair companion yarn.
The Tinkerbell Vest Junior is a relatively easy pattern that an intermediate knitter will have no trouble making. The front and back of the vest are knitted separately to prevent the beadwork from twisting when knitting in the round. Finally, sew on the ruffle sleeves and neck edge once the front and back pieces are sewn together.
