The Fern Shawl - Santiago Light Style is knitted in one piece with Mayflower Santiago Light, which is a blend of alpaca, wool, and polyamide. The yarn is super soft and fluffy with a wonderful lightness. The shawl is knitted on 5 mm needles, and therefore you get a light and airy shawl that can be knitted with just 2 skeins of yarn. 

The shawl is knitted in one color, which provides a good balance and calmness, where the pattern comes into focus. The yarn's natural mottling gives the shawl a beautiful play of colors.
