  • Vest with lace pattern

Lace pattern is a versatile knitting technique that can be used in many ways. This beautiful vest is knitted with an incredibly beautiful lace pattern that covers the entire vest. The lace pattern makes the vest appear light and elegant, which is enhanced by the choice of yarn for the vest.

The vest is knitted in the wonderful Mayflower New Sky Light, which has a yardage of 300 meters per 50 grams and consists of 35% alpaca, 35% wool, and 30% nylon. This combination provides a perfect balance, where the yarn can be both soft, warm, and at the same time durable.

New Sky Light contributes to giving the vest its beautiful fit, as the yarn possesses a certain elasticity. It helps the vest to shape itself to the body. At the same time, you also get good freedom of movement, even though the vest is close-fitting.

The pattern can be downloaded at the link below. The pattern is primarily intended for experienced knitters, so it is an advantage if you are both familiar with lace pattern technique and used to reading Patterns.

Note: The original design is made in Mayflower New Sky Light color no. 63. Unfortunately, the color is no longer available. As a replacement, we recommend color no. 67 as a beautiful alternative. Just be aware that you will get a different result than in the picture. You can choose the color yourself by clicking on 'Choose another color,' which unfolds the entire color chart.

Gauge: Horizontal; 22 stitches = 10 cm. Vertical: 30 stitches = 10 cm. In stockinette stitch.
