Mayflower Easy Care Big is a relatively strong wool yarn, spun in Italy with a focus on high quality. Mayflower's Easy Care series consists of three yarns, all spun from the same delicious merino wool. Only the thickness of the yarns varies, and here Easy Care Big is the thickest variant.

Easy Care Big is therefore often the popular choice when knitting a sweater with a strong structure, as the yarn feels both soft and comfortable to wear. Merino wool naturally has warm fibers, as wool fibers have air pockets that provide an insulating effect. Additionally, wool is an organic, breathable material that provides a comfortable warmth that the body can still regulate if it gets too warm.
