The No Frills Sweater is a beginner-friendly raglan sweater knitted from the top down, with short rows at the back of the neck. The sweater is worked in stockinette stitch with ribbed edges.
This version of the sweater is knitted with 2 strands: 1 strand of the Birmingham tweed yarn + 1 strand of Premium Cassandra, which is a very fluffy and soft companion yarn. The combination of 2 strands creates a beautiful texture, while the tweed neps in Birmingham add extra colour variation to the sweater.
NOTE: The sweater can also be knitted using, for example, Premium Alpaca, Easy Care Classic or London Merino.
