You can choose to knit a completely classic Santa hat with our solid-colored Mayflower Easy Care, or you can make a Santa hat with a little twist by choosing Mayflower Easy Care Tweed. Both are wonderfully soft yarn qualities that can withstand machine washing, so there are no problems having the Santa hat out throughout December.

You can choose from many different colors, whether you are knitting in Mayflower Easy Care or Easy Care Tweed. With Easy Care, you can choose a classic shade of Christmas red, just as you can also choose to make a different Santa hat in one of the many other beautiful colors or make a striped version in, for example, red and light gray.

With Easy Care Tweed, which has the most beautiful speckles, the Santa hat will have a different expression with lots of personality.

In the picture, the Santa hat is shown with a fine, soft tassel in faux fur. Alternatively, you can also make a tassel yourself with yarn.
