Light, feminine and wonderfully soft. Words that describe Maria Møller's design, LillianSlipover, very well. The slipover or vest is knitted in a super airy yarn and not least in a beautiful textured pattern and is ideal for wearing over a blouse, dress or t-shirt.

The vest is worked from the bottom up to the armholes, after which the front and back are worked separately. The vest has a V-neck with a ribbed edge, as well as a ribbed finish at the armholes and at the bottom of the vest. The bottom rib has a side slit and is longer at the back than at the front, which is an extra nice detail.

The lovely structured pattern in the LillianSlipover is made with false cables, which is easier to make than you might think, as it is knitted without a double pointed needle. The pattern is repeated in Maria's other Lillian designs, which are just as gorgeous: LillianSweater and LillianCardigan.

The LillianSlipover is knitted with 3 strands of soft and warm mohair yarn Mayflower Super Kid Silk. The fluffy yarn takes on a special richness when multiple strands are knitted together, resulting in a wonderfully soft and comfortable vest that you'll love. With three strands, you also have the option to mix and match different colors and play with the color expression.
