A wardrobe is not complete without at least one lovely cardigan, and this cardigan is an obvious choice for an addition to your wardrobe. 

The cardigan is knitted in two different yarn qualities. The sleeves are knitted in Mayflower New Sky, which has a running length of 150 meters per 50 grams and consists of 42% alpaca, 42% wool, and 16% nylon. For the body of the cardigan, two threads of Mayflower New Sky Light are used, which have a running length of 300 meters per 50 grams and consist of 35% alpaca, 35% wool, and 30% nylon.

The mottled color effect on the cardigan is created by knitting with two threads of New Sky Light in two different colors. In the picture, dark olive and natural-colored yarn are used. You can also choose other colors, and the mottled effect can be made more discreet, for example, if you choose two colors that are closer to each other.

The pattern itself is relatively simple, and you don't need to be an experienced knitter to make this cardigan. The pattern can be downloaded for free at the link below. 

Note: The original design is made in colors where several colors have unfortunately been discontinued. Be aware that you will get a different result than in the picture. You can choose colors yourself with a click on 'Choose another color,' which unfolds the entire color chart. 

Strikkefasthed: Horizontal: 28 stitches = 10 cm. Vertical: 40 rows = 10 cm.
