Skagen Shawl
The Skagen shawl is a lovely, triangular shawl, knitted in a lace pattern of harlequin diamonds with a garter stitch edge. The pattern is knitted following a chart that guides you well through the pattern.
The Skagen shawl gets its softness from the beautiful Mayflower Casablanca Lux, which is a really lovely yarn spun from, among other things, wool and alpaca. Casablanca Lux is therefore really soft and perfectly ideal for a project like this. Not only does the yarn have a lovely texture, it is also beautiful to look at. Tweed flecks and a subtle glitter thread give the yarn some extra character and luxury, which beautifully contributes to the Skagen shawl.
