The Skagen sweater - Casablanca Style is simple, beautiful and one of the most comfortable sweaters you will ever wear.
The Skagen sweater is knitted from the top down with raglan increases. Reverse stitches have been knitted at the neck to shape the sweater and give it a good fit. The perfect detail of the sweater is the beautiful sleeves, which are knitted with a lace pattern in harlequin check.
The tweed yarn Mayflower Casablanca Lux also contributes to the extra comfortable fit, as the yarn is a luxurious combination of alpaca and wool. Casablanca Lux has a unique look, where the fluffy sheen of the alpaca wool is combined with tweed nubs and a subtle shimmering thread. The yarn is therefore perfect for a simple sweater like the Skagen sweater, where it is not only the lightness and softness of the yarn that will play a role, but also the look of the yarn.
