The Trille scarf has a good length, a sublime softness, and a striped pattern that comes naturally. The pattern is very beginner-friendly.

The scarf is knitted in the round in stockinette stitch. It is finished by knitting the stitches together at one end and lightly sewing together at the other end. Finally, four colorful yarn tassels are attached at both ends.

The scarf gets its wonderful softness from the yarn Mayflower Taormina, which among other things, is spun from fine alpaca wool. Therefore, the scarf feels fantastic around the neck, and its length of about 200 cm means it can easily be wrapped well around the neck for additional warmth.

The beautiful play of colors is ensured by Taormina itself, as the yarn is constructed with a long color shift in a unique pattern. The pattern alternates between stripes in bright shades and broader sections in more subdued colors. Each skein consists of several colors that play beautifully together, making it entertaining to knit with Taormina, as it is fun to follow the ongoing color shift. Taormina has a long running length of 600 meters per 200 g, so you only need one skein for your Trille scarf.
