In our Easy Care series, we've aimed to make life as easy as possible for you who want to knit high-quality garments for yourself and your family. Because even though homemade knitwear is warm, luxurious, and beautiful, much of it has the disadvantage that it needs to be hand-washed to avoid damage, shrinkage, or felting.

This is especially true for garments made from wool yarns like mohair or alpaca, which are sensitive to machine washing and require careful handwashing. Handwashing doesn't fit well into the everyday life of a busy family, which is precisely why we've developed our Mayflower Easy Care Classic yarn for the busy family.


Durable and easy to maintain

Here you get warm and insulating wool yarn that is soft and luxurious, yet can withstand being machine washed again and again. In fact, you can wash our Easy Care yarn at 40 degrees Celsius in any washing machine, so you don't have to spend your time handwashing. Moreover, the yarn can also handle a tumble dryer.
