Santiago is a popular yarn quality in alpaca, wool, and polyamide. The yarn gives the cardigan a beautiful, brushed look, which also helps to keep the cardigan light and airy.

The cardigan is relatively simple to knit, as it is knitted in a mock rib, where you only need to knit knit and purl stitches.
