Completely classic and simple yet nonetheless lovely socks with a gusset heel in stockinette stitch and ribbed edge at the top. With stockinette stitch, it quickly goes by to knit the shaft and sole, and the pattern guides you well through both heel and toe. In the end, you have a pair of lovely and comfortable socks. 

The socks are knitted in the Italian-produced sock yarn, Mayflower 1 Class, which consists of 75% wool and 25% polyamide. The optimal fiber composition for sock yarn, as the wool provides warmth, and the polyamide gives high durability. In other words, a sock yarn of very high quality.

With 1 Class and this Pattern, you are guaranteed warm, lovely socks that can last a long time, as the yarn is spun with long fibers for increased durability.
