Tuva cardigan
Tuva cardigan is a light and airy cardigan that is quick to knit. It is knitted in double moss stitch, which is a relatively simple technique that also gives the cardigan a very beautiful structural pattern.
The cardigan is knitted from the bottom up in a simple A-line cut with beautiful details, where, among other things, the edges are knitted with double rib. The sleeves are knitted separately and sewn onto the armholes.
Tuva cardigan has a comfortable fit and is knitted in the tweed yarn Mayflower Birmingham with a companion thread of Mayflower Super Kid Silk. Both yarns are wonderfully soft and have a light texture, and the cardigan feels really nice to wear. It warms without becoming too hot, and it can be worn with everything from pants to dresses. When knitted with 2 threads, you also have the opportunity to combine different colors and create a beautiful mottled color play. In any case, you get a lovely color play and a cardigan with character when you knit with Birmingham, as the yarn has the finest tweed flecks.
