A classic V-neck sweater is always nice, and it becomes even more beautiful with a lace pattern. This sweater is designed with lovely vertical lace rows. The lace rows add a textured pattern to the blouse and at the same time create some beautiful vertical stripes. 

The sweater is knitted in Mayflower Easy Care, which is spun from 100% soft merino wool. It is the thinnest yarn quality in the Easy Care series and is perfect for this sweater. The relatively thin yarn helps give the sweater its light appearance.

We have chosen to design this sweater with an extra wide ribbed edge at the bottom of the sleeves and the body of the sweater. The ribbed edge gives the sweater a modern twist and an even better fit. The fit can also be further adjusted, as the sweater can be knitted in sizes from XXS to XXXL.

This pattern is primarily recommended for experienced knitters, as lace knitting is required. 

Note: The original design was made in Mayflower Easy Care color 43. Unfortunately, this color has been discontinued. As a substitute, we recommend color 98, which resembles the discontinued color. Just be aware that you will get a different result than in the picture. You can choose your own color with a click on 'Choose another color', which unfolds the entire color chart.
