Sophia sweater
With its simple design, this sweater can fit into any wardrobe. It is knitted from the bottom up with raglan sleeves, making it an easy knitting project with minimal assembly.
The raglan sleeves are particularly noteworthy as they are designed with a beautiful rib detail that starts at the shoulder and extends all the way down along the sides of the sweater. These rib details are complemented by the rib edges along the blouse's edges and armholes. The rib edge in the neckline is also finished with a small fold.
We have made two different versions of the sweater. The pink sweater is knitted in Mayflower Easy Care, while the red and light gray are knitted in Mayflower Easy Care Tweed. The two yarn qualities have the same yardage and Knitting gauge, so you just need to decide whether you want to knit a sweater with or without tweed. No matter which yarn you choose, you will get a lovely and comfortable sweater. Both yarns are soft and have a nice natural breathability, and both yarns can be machine washed.
