Weekend Slipover by PetiteKnit is worked from the top down in stockinette stitch with ribbed edges. Note: The version in the photo is made with a folded neckline.

This version of the Weekend Slipover is knitted with two strands held together: one strand of Mayflower Taormina and one strand of Mayflower Super Kid Silk. The combination gives a wonderfully soft and light slipover that feels cozy and just warm enough over, for example, a shirt, blouse, or dress. As an alternative to the mohair yarn Super Kid Silk, you can also use the alpaca blend Mayflower Elba or Mayflower Premium Cassandra, which is spun from, among other things, silk and alpaca.
