Astrid started as a knitter for Mayflowerbut quickly showed a great passion for knitting and design, which was combined with a personality full of great ideas. It soon became clear that Astrid needed the opportunity to design herself so that her great ideas could be shared with others.
Astrid's expression is young and modern, which is also reflected in the knitting techniques she chooses when creating her designs. Knitting should first and foremost be exciting, which is why Astrid loves experimenting with new techniques and challenging her knitting skills so that the aesthetic expression also evolves.
Astrid's designs are made with attention to detail and she would rather start from scratch than publish a design that doesn't live up to her high expectations.
