Mayflowers referral program

1. Become a member of Club Mayflower

To participate in the referral program, you must first be a member of our customer club, Club Mayflower. It is free to sign up, and as a member, you get access to exclusive benefits, discounts, and now also the opportunity to participate in our referral program. You just need to create a profile.

2. Refer a friend

When you are a member, you can start referring friends. It works like this: you can generate your own link. You can share this link with your friends via email, social media, or other channels. If you don't generate your link yourself, it will be auto-generated after your first purchase.
3. Your friend gets a discount - you are rewarded

When your friend clicks on your link and completes a purchase, they will receive a 10% discount via a code that is automatically applied at checkout. This code can only be used for their first purchase. As a thank you, we add 50 DKK to your account.
4. Easy and manageable

You can always keep track of your referrals and rewards directly in the module associated with your Club Mayflower profile. Here you can see how much you have earned.

You share your referral link with your friend, Maria.
Maria clicks on the link, signs up for Club Mayflower, and receives a 10% discount code.
Maria uses the discount code and buys yarn for the first time.
After Maria's purchase, you receive a gift card code for e.g. 50 DKK, which you can use the next time you shop with us.

How do I earn points?

You simply need to sign up for our customer club by creating a profile here on the site. Then you automatically earn points the next time you shop. You can create a profile right here.

How many points do I earn?

What you earn in points depends on the action you take.

First purchase: 50 points in discount

Friend discount: 10% discount for your friend on their first purchase. 50 points in discount earned for yourself.

Beginner (0 - 9,999 DKK): 2 points in discount per 100 DKK spent

Intermediate (10,000 - 19,999 DKK): 3 points in discount per 100 DKK spent

Expert (+20,000 DKK): 4 points in discount per 100 DKK spent

Does it cost anything to join?

No, it doesn't cost you a penny to join the Mayflowers customer club. On the contrary, you can use the points you earn when you shop.

How many kroner is a point worth?

1 Point is equivalent to 1 DKK, which is issued as a discount for future purchases.

Do I also earn points when I shop at Mayflowers' physical stores?

Yes - it just requires you to provide the email address with which your profile is registered.

Can I use my points in Mayflowers' physical stores?

Yes - you can easily use your points in our stores. You just need to provide either your email or your unique code, which you can find under your account or in our customer club module at the bottom left corner here on the webshop.

How do I use points?

Under your profile, you will find a code that you need to use at checkout.

Be aware that you use your entire balance when you use the code at checkout.

If the amount on your balance exceeds the amount of your order, the remaining amount will be automatically saved under your profile.

When using points, we of course automatically deduct the oldest points first.

Can I use a discount code along with my points?

Yes - you can combine the redemption of points with discount codes to achieve a larger, combined discount.

When do my points expire?

Beginner: After 6 months

Intermediate: After 12 months

Expert: After 18 months

The higher the level, the more benefits. Once you have risen in level, you cannot fall again. This means we have made it extra attractive to become Intermediate and Expert.

When using points, we of course automatically deduct the oldest points first. The points you earn by referring others to Mayflower have no expiration date.

Do I earn points even if I forget to log in when making a purchase?

No, you do not earn points if you are not logged in with your profile when making a purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot give you points afterwards if you forgot to log in.

You naturally still earn points even if you use your points on an order.
