The Anita blouse is wonderfully simple to knit, and it is a great option for a beginner-friendly knitted blouse. The blouse is knitted in the beautiful Mayflower Taormina, which has the most beautiful color transitions. It is knitted top-down with raglan increases on the sleeves and is designed with a bit of extra width for optimal freedom of movement, which is emphasized by the lovely ¾ sleeves. As an extra detail, the edges of the blouse are knitted with twisted rib, giving a nice finish. 

Taormina is a soft alpaca blend, but the yarn is particularly remarkable because of its beautiful colors. When you knit the Anita blouse, you don't have to think about color changes, but instead, you can enjoy how the yarn itself creates the beautiful stripes.
