Light and airy A-cut cardigan worked from the bottom up in a simple textured pattern on 4 mm needles.

The striped color pattern emerges all by itself as the cardigan is worked in Mayflower Taormina, which has one long pattern repeat in a mix of narrow and wide stripes in coordinating colors. Taormina is therefore also a great yarn to knit with, as it's fun to see how the colors interact with each other, and it's also a lovely yarn to have in your hands.

Taormina is a really lovely alpaca blend, which makes your Martha cardigan feel really wonderful over your shoulders. It's comfortably warm without being too hot.
