Mayflower HoneyBee Print is the most beautiful sock yarn spun from a blend of 50% superwash treated wool, 25% bamboo viscose and 25% polyamide. HoneyBee Print is wound in 50g, so you will need 2 balls of yarn to knit a pair of socks up to approx. size 46.

Usually, sock yarn is a blend of wool and polyamide, which is a classic combination when you want to ensure warm and durable socks. But HoneyBee Print is completely unique with its particularly soft fiber composition. The wool blend has been joined by bamboo viscose, which takes HoneyBee Print to a whole new level of quality and makes it stand out from the crowd of sock yarns.

The yarn's share of bamboo viscose comes from bamboo fibers, which have some amazing properties. Namely, very soft properties that you will feel as soon as you put the yarn in your hands or on your feet.

Bamboo can be harvested every few months and does not require fertilizer. Pure bamboo viscose feels almost as soft as silk and also has a natural antibacterial effect. In other words, the addition of bamboo viscose in HoneyBee Print makes the sock yarn incredibly soft and delicious... Your socks will not only be warm and durable, but also super comfortable to wear.

HoneyBee Print has the most beautiful print that gradually forms a pattern as you knit. The patterns are similar in groups of five color numbers. Therefore, you can find the same pattern (with different colors of course) in colors 1-5, another pattern in colors 6-10, a new pattern in colors 11-15, 16-20, etc.
HoneyBee Print is the perfect choice for knitted socks for the whole family. However, don't be limited, as HoneyBee is so soft and lovely that it can also be used for many other projects such as blouses, shawls and the like.
