If your item is defective or if you have another complaint, please always contact us before returning the item.

Write an email to Shop@mayflower.dk with your complaint and then we will process your complaint as soon as possible. 

Your mail must include the order number and the reason for your complaint. Please include image documentation if possible. 

We pay the cost of the return shipment and create a return label for you so you avoid the expense. We do not allow the cost of packaging for the return shipment, but recommend that you recycle the packaging in which you received the goods. 

Purchased in showroom

If the item is purchased in our showroom, the inquiry must be done in the store.

Purchased from dealer

If you have purchased the product from one of our dealer, the complaint must be made at the dealer.
