Purchased in the webshop mymayflowershop.com

If your item is defective, or if you have another complaint, please always contact us before returning the item.

Write an email to shop@mymayflowershop.com with your complaint, and we will process your complaint as soon as possible. 

Your email should include the order number and the reason for your complaint. Please include photo documentation if possible. 

We will cover the cost of the return shipment and create a return label for you, so you avoid the expense. We do not reimburse packaging costs for the return shipment, but recommend that you reuse the packaging in which you received the items. 

Purchased in showroom

If the item is purchased in our showroom, inquiries must be made in the store.  

Purchased from retailer

If you purchased the product from one of our retailers, the complaint must be made at the retailer.
