The Mayflower size guide is based on chest width measured directly on the body.
When an over-width is given in Mayflower patterns, this number is adjusted to the fit that the designer intended the design to have. The stated bust width also includes the range of motion.

The Liva cardigan is both simple and expressive, as the smooth-knit cardigan has a fine lace pattern on the raglan sleeves, which adds some edge. The cardigan is knitted from top to bottom with smooth knitting on the front and back pieces. The pattern guides you well through the lace pattern.
The Liva cardigan is knitted with two threads: one thread Easy Care and one thread Super Kid Silk. Together, these yarn qualities provide a delicious and luxurious blend of wool, mohair, and silk. Your cardigan will therefore be really soft, comfortable, and warm. Super Kid Silk gives a nice mohair look with fluff.
The finished cardigan gets a slightly mottled expression because it is knitted with two different yarn qualities. The effect can be enhanced by using colors that are very different, just as you can also create a more calm expression with identical colors.
