Construction:

The hat is knit from the rib edge to the top of the hu. There is fighting stitches Up with Italian lookup and knit around in rib. When the ribs are finished, the braid pattern is started, which is described in the recipe. Against the top of the cap is made intake while the pattern is adapted and the cap is finished at the top when there are only a few stitches Back on the stick.

 

Knitting gauge:
It is important that the knitwear is checked before fighting stitches up to work. If the knitting strength does not fit, the finished cap may become significantly larger or smaller than the specified dimensions. The knitwear should be 24 stitches x 26.5 sticks of 10 x 10 cm when knitting in braid pattern, as described under "pattern", corresponding to the fact that 1 repetition of the pattern measures 8 cm in width and 3 cm in height. This firmness we hit on 4 mm sticks but find the stick size that best fits your Knitting gauge.
