The sweater is knitted from the top down. Cast on stitches stitches with Judy’s magic cast on, half of which form the back and the other half become the shoulders and the neckline.
First, the back piece is knitted using short rows and then back and forth over the stitches. Next, the left and right shoulder pieces are knitted with short rows and increases for the neckline. The two shoulder pieces are joined to form the front piece, which is then joined with the back piece to form the body. The body is finished with a rib edge and an Italian bind-off. Pick up stitches stitches for the neckline, which is knitted in rib and knitted down before the stitches are bound off.
Finally, the sleeves are knitted. Short rows are used to create the shoulder slope before knitting in the round, and the sleeves are finished with a rib edge and an Italian bind-off.

The sweater can be knitted in 3 different sizes: S-M (L-XL) 2XL-3XL corresponding to a circumference of the sweater of 114 (133) 152 cm. The sweater is designed to be oversized, with a positive ease of 20-30 cm, but can be knitted with a larger or smaller positive ease, depending on the desired look.
