The sweater is knitted from the top down. First, stitches stitches are cast on for the neckline, which is knitted in twisted rib and folded into a double neckline. Next, short rows are knitted to shape the neckline. The yoke is knitted with raglan increases around 8 stitch markers. Once the yoke is finished, stitches stitches are set aside for the sleeves. The body is knitted in the round and finished with a twisted rib edge, which is bound off with an Italian bind-off. The sleeve stitches are then put back on the needle and knitted straight down in the shell pattern, with decreases made just before the rib edge to create the balloon effect. The sleeves are finished with twisted rib edges and Italian bind-offs.

Sizes:

The sweater can be knitted in 6 different sizes, XS (S-M) L (XL) 2XL-3XL (4XL), with a bust circumference of 89 (100) 111 (122) 133 (144) cm. Before choosing which size to knit, we recommend measuring yourself at the bust or widest point and choosing the size that best fits the desired fit based on this measurement. For a slightly tighter fit, we recommend a positive ease of about 7 cm, while a positive ease of about 15 cm is recommended for a more oversized look.
Example: if you measure 90 cm around the bust, we recommend knitting a size S-M, which gives a positive ease of 10 cm.
