This sweater is constructed with a braided saddle shoulder, where stitches is first cast on for the back piece, after which it is knitted back and forth while the shoulders and neckline are created through increases. Once the yoke is finished, stitches is set aside for the sleeves and stitches are cast on under the sleeves. The body is joined and finished on Circular Needle, allowing the length of the sweater to be adjusted. At the bottom of the body, a twisted rib edge is knitted. The sleeve stitches are put back on the needle, and stitches is picked up in the armhole. The sleeves are finished with a twisted rib edge and Italian bind-off. Finally, stitches is picked up in the neckline, which is knitted in twisted rib and folded into a double neck edge.
