Siggi West Pattern
The Siggi vest is full and soft and has several beautiful design details and not least a lovely play of colors from the choice of yarn.
The vest is knitted from the bottom up. First with a rib pattern and then in stockinette stitch with a narrow rib pattern on both sides. At the armholes, the front and back pieces are divided, which are now finished separately with a rib pattern over the shoulders. The shoulders are finally sewn together, and stitches is knitted up at the neck for a ribbed collar.
The Siggi vest gets its lovely fullness and structure because it is knitted with 1 thread Venezia + 1 thread Casablanca Lux. It is knitted on 8 mm needles, so you also see results quickly. Both yarns are wonderfully soft, and the vest is therefore also really nice to wear. Venezia has a mottled color expression, while the fluffy Casablanca Lux has multicolored tweed flecks and a glitter thread. And the combination of these 2 qualities therefore gives a fantastic result that must be seen and felt.
