Lavender Dress
Really sweet, knit -knit dress with the finest color pattern and a charming tie at the waist.
The lavender dress is simple to knit. It is knit from top to bottom with raglan removals. The neck opening has a folded ribbed and a good fit is created with turning sticks. The short sleeves and dress edge end with I-Cord, giving a nice and marked expression. At the waist, knit an I-Cord string, which can be tied in a loop on your back. The tie band is a really sweet detail for the dress, which, like the other edges of the dress, is even knit in a different color to make them stand out.
Ties and edges knit in the solid colored Mayflower Baby Alpaca, where the dress itself is knitted in the beautiful Mayflower Taormina. The yarn has a very unique color pattern that really comes to light in this dress. The many colors in the yarn mean that it is easy to match the dress with something else when it comes to finding tights and a cardigan that can be used with the dress.
Taormina is a soft alpaca mix and is therefore a good choice for clothing, and really sweet in the soft lavender dress. The recipe covers size 2 - 8 years.
