Construction:
The sweater is knitted from top to bottom. First, stitches are cast on for the back piece, which is knitted back and forth while making increases. Then stitches are picked up for the left and then the right shoulder piece, which is knitted with short rows and increases to create the neck opening. The shoulder pieces are joined into one front piece, which is knitted back and forth until it is joined with the back piece and the body is formed. The body is knitted in the round and finished with a rib edge and Italian bind-off. stitches are picked up for the neck edge, which is knitted in rib and folded into a double neck edge. Finally, the sleeves are knitted. stitches are picked up in the armholes, knitted in the round while making decreases, and finished with a rib edge and Italian bind-off.
Size guide:
The sweater can be knitted in 3 different sizes XS-S (M-XL) 2XL-3XL corresponding to a circumference of the sweater of 120 (130) 140 cm. The sweater is designed to be oversized with positive ease of 20-40 cm.
Example: If you measure 90 cm around the chest, we recommend knitting a size M-XL with a positive ease of 40 cm. If a less oversized look is desired, it can be knitted in size XS-S with a positive ease of 30 cm.
