Cardamom Cardigan Mini Pattern

Construction:
This cardigan is constructed with a saddle shoulder, where stitches is first cast on for the back piece, after which it is knitted back and forth while the shoulders and neckline are shaped through increases. When the yoke is finished, stitches is set aside for the sleeves. The body is finished with a rib edge and Italian bind-off. The sleeve stitches are put back on the needle and knitted in the pearl rib pattern, with decreases made along the way, and finished with a rib edge and Italian bind-off. Finally, stitches is picked up along the entire opening, and a double-knit button placket with buttonholes is knitted.
