The Mayflower size guide is based on chest width measured directly on the body.
When an over-width is given in Mayflower patterns, this number is adjusted to the fit that the designer intended the design to have. The stated bust width also includes the range of motion.

Many people know Maria Møller from Instagram, where she shares her creative ideas. Creativity is important in all aspects of Maria's life - and creativity is also key when it comes to Maria's clothing and fashion. Maria is an avid knitter, so knitwear is naturally part of her wardrobe.
The EleonoraCardigan is one of Maria's beautiful knitting patterns. The cardigan has a simple design, so there is more room to notice the beautiful details. The design highlights a modern cut and beautiful color combinations. Last but not least, Maria has also selected some beautiful and very different buttons to give each version of the cardigan even more personality.
The cardigan is knitted in Mayflower New Sky, which consists of 42% alpaca, 42% wool and 16% polyamide. New Sky has a running length of 150 meters per 50 grams and the cardigan is knitted on needle 12 because two strands are used. This makes the project wonderfully fast and perfect for the impatient knitter.

ATTENTION: The original design is made inMayflower New Sky color 61, which is unfortunately discontinued. We think color 84 would be a great replacement. Just be aware that you will get a different color expression than in the picture. You can always click 'Choose another color' and find the color(s) you like the most.
