Pachira Sweater Fluffy Pattern

Construction:
The sweater is knitted from the top down. Cast on stitches using Judy’s magic cast on, with half forming the back and the other half forming the shoulders and neckline.
First, knit the back piece while the stitches for the shoulders and neckline stitches are set aside. Once the back piece is finished, knit the left and then the right shoulder piece, using short rows and increases for the neckline. The two shoulder pieces are joined to form the front piece, which is then joined with the back piece to create the body. The body is finished with ribbing and an Italian bind-off.
Pick up stitches stitches for the neckline, which is knitted in ribbing, folded down to form a double neckline before binding off. Finally, knit the sleeves. These are knitted with short rows to create the shoulder slope and then knitted in the round, with decreases made on the sleeve's underside. The sleeves are finished with ribbing and an Italian bind-off.

Size guide:
The sweater can be knitted in 4 different sizes XS-S (M-L) XL-2XL (3XL-4XL) corresponding to a circumference of the sweater of 105 (120) 135 (150). The sweater is designed to be oversized with a positive ease of 20-30 cm, but can be knitted with a larger or smaller positive ease, depending on the desired look.
Example: If you measure 90 cm around the chest, we recommend knitting a size M-L with a positive ease of 30 cm. If a less oversized look is desired, it can be knitted in size XS-S with a positive ease of 15 cm.
