Light, feminine, and absolutely wonderfully soft. Words that very well describe Maria Møller's design, LillianSlipover. The slipover or vest is knitted in a super airy yarn and not least in a beautiful texture pattern, and is perfect for wearing over, for example, a blouse, dress, or t-shirt.

The vest is knitted from the bottom up until the armholes, after which the front and back pieces are knitted separately. The vest has a beautiful V-neck with a ribbed edge, as well as ribbed finishes at the armholes and at the bottom of the vest. The bottom rib edge has a slit on the side and is longer at the back than the front, which is an extra nice detail.

The lovely texture pattern in LillianSlipover is made with faux cables, which are easier to make than one might think, as they are knitted without a cable needle. The pattern is repeated in Maria's other Lillian designs, which are just as delightful: LillianSweater and LillianCardigan.

LillianSlipover is knitted with a total of 3 strands of the soft and warm mohair yarn Mayflower Super Kid Silk. The fluffy yarn gains a special fullness when multiple strands are knitted together, and the result is a fantastically soft and comfortable vest that you will be pleased with. With three strands, you also have all the possibilities to combine different colors and play with the color expression.
