Top-down sweater knitted with raglan increases, turtleneck and a lovely textured pattern in the yoke. The classic structure of the sweater is spiced up by the fine pattern in the yoke and, not least, the yarn combination.

First, a ribbed turtleneck is made with short rows for a better fit. Then work the yoke in the harlequin yarn over and with raglan increases, with a chart to guide you. After the yoke, the body is worked in stockinette stitch while resting the sleeve sts until the Aarhus sweater is finished with a ribbed edge. The sleeves are worked from the top down and finished with a longer ribbed edge.

The Aarhus sweater is worked in 2 strands with 1 strand Mayflower 1 Class Cashmere and 1 strand Mayflower Super Kid Silk. With a combination of these qualities, it's soft meets soft. So, you can probably tell that your Aarhus sweater will be incredibly soft and cozy to wear, and the pictures of the design also clearly show how fluffy and soft the sweater is. The yarns make the sweater comfortably warm and very suitable for cold days.
